PlayCroco Terms of Use Agreement
Scope and Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PlayCroco Casino, operated under a licence issued by the Gaming Control Board of Curaçao (GCB). By registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you may not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PlayCroco Casino. They are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any responsible gambling tools you activate during your membership. Where any conflict arises between these terms and a more specific document, the more specific document governs.
Eligibility Requirements
You must satisfy the following conditions to open and maintain an account. You must be at least 18 years of age. You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, including but not limited to the United States of America, France, the Netherlands and any other jurisdiction we designate as restricted. You must not be a resident or citizen of Curaçao.
You must not be a current employee, contractor or officer of PlayCroco Casino or any of its affiliated entities. You must not be excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion programme or regulatory exclusion order. Honesty requires stating that providing false eligibility information at registration constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. You are responsible for providing accurate and current personal information at registration and for updating that information promptly when it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PlayCroco Casino will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or failed to notify us of a suspected breach. Know Your Customer and Verification
We are required under GCB licensing conditions and AUSTRAC obligations applicable to Australian players to verify your identity and, in certain circumstances, your source of funds. Verification is conducted at account registration and prior to processing withdrawals above defined thresholds. We may suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of verification.
You are required to provide documents we request in the format and within the timeframe we specify. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of our request may result in account suspension. This is not a formality — it is a regulatory requirement that applies to all licensed online gambling operators serving Australian players.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount, together with current accepted payment methods, are published on our website and updated as they change. PlayCroco Casino does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, we will process withdrawals to an alternative verified method. Processing times vary by payment method and are published on our website. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are published at the time each offer is made. These terms specify the wagering requirement, eligible games, time limits and any withdrawal restrictions that apply. You are required to read those terms before accepting a bonus.
Honesty requires stating that wagering requirements represent a real cost. A wagering requirement of, for example, 35x means that for a $100 bonus, you must wager $3,500 in qualifying games before bonus funds become withdrawable. PlayCroco Casino will not retroactively alter published bonus terms, but we reserve the right to close or modify promotions prospectively with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where we have reasonable grounds to believe bonus terms have been abused, multiple accounts have been used to claim the same offer, or coordinated play between accounts has been detected.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
You may not use any software, script, bot or automated tool to interact with our platform. You may not exploit software errors, system vulnerabilities or undocumented features to gain an advantage. You may not engage in any form of cheating, collusion or fraud. You may not launder funds through gambling activity.
Where we identify prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account, void affected game rounds, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation and permanently close your account. Suspected criminal conduct will be reported to relevant authorities, including AUSTRAC where Australian financial crime reporting obligations apply.
Responsible Gambling
PlayCroco Casino is committed to supporting responsible gambling. We provide deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion as tools you may activate through your account settings or by contacting us. These tools are available at no cost and take effect as stated in our responsible gambling documentation.

Intellectual Property
All content on the PlayCroco Casino platform — including software, game content, graphics, text and trademarks — is the property of PlayCroco Casino or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution or modification of platform content, is prohibited without our prior written consent.
Liability Limitations
PlayCroco Casino is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, regulatory actions or force majeure events. Our liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the value of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.
We do not exclude liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law to the extent those rights cannot be contracted out of.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes arising under these terms will first be referred to our internal complaints process — contact us at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If your complaint remains unresolved, you may refer it to the GCB dispute resolution process as provided under our licence conditions. Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek legal remedies available to you under Australian law.
Amendments
PlayCroco Casino may amend these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material amendments by email to your registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept the amendments, you may close your account prior to the effective date.
